“Competing at a high level” is what Matthew Long is looking forward to most about taking the next step in his future by joining the cross country and track teams at Hope College. “I’m super blessed to beagle to continue my athletic career and grow as an athlete,” he says.
Long earned All-Conference, All-Region and All-County honors. His most memorable moment was the summer cross country camp. He also participated in varsity basketball and National Honor Society at OHS. Long plans to study Business and Economics.

After years of hard work, Aidan Goodwin earns four more years in the sport he loves at Cornerstone University.
A runner since 6th grade, senior Matthew Long can tack on another four years as he commits to Hope College for Cross Country & Track.
