Earn a high school diploma and Associate's Degree or Career Certificate with ECAC!

About ECAC

Early College Allegan County began in the fall of 2015; ECAC is a Michigan Department of Education approved Early/Middle College that allows motivated students to earn up to a full Associate's Degree or Career Certificate from LMC. Students extend high school by one year in order to earn both their high school diploma and a college degree (or up to 60+ college credits from LMC) at no cost to the student or family. Transportation to the classes is provided by the school district.

Students receive special support to improve their academic performance as they complete their program requirements and secure their future education and career-related goals.

How to Apply

Students apply to ECAC during 10th grade; if admitted, they make a 3-year commitment to complete the program. Talk to your high school guidance counselor for an application and more information.
